Product Description
The G type screw pump is a new type of pump that works according to the rotary toothed volumetric principle.It belongs to the rotor type positive displacement pump. Due to its strong adaptability to the medium, stable flow, small pressure pulsation and high self-priming ability, the application range is also rapidly expanding.
The pump has few parts, small volume, compact structure and convenient disassembly. The bushing and rotor are the wearing parts of the pump and are easy to replace and repair.
Structural Features
G type screw pump main components are composed of an eccentric screw (rotor) and a fixed bushing (stator). Due to the special geometry of the two components, separate sealing cavities are formed respectively: the medium axially uniformly propels the flow without eddy current and agitation, the single-tage pump has a delivery pressure of 0.6 MPa and a self-priming height of about 6 m. It is suitable for conveying high viscosity fluid media containing hard suspension or fiber.

Application Range
A single screw pump can be used as a general purpose pump. For the same type of pump, if the speed control motor is used for transmission, different flow rates can be obtained. The rated pressure of the outlet of the pump can be increased with the increase of the number of stages of the pump, so the scope of use is extremely wide.
1. Environmental protection: industrial sewage, domestic sewage, sludge water containing solid particles and short fibers, especially suitable for oil-water separators, plate and frame filter presses and other equipment.
2. Chemical industry: various suspensions, greases, various colloidal pulps, various adhesives, especially suitable for the transportation of pre-suspended raw materials in the process of dye chemical plants and white black carbon manufacturers.
