Description
Exemestane is a synthetic androgen analogue. It鈥檚 is a steroidal inhibitor of aromatase which binds irreversibly to and inhibits the enzyme aromatase, thereby blocking the conversion of cholesterol to pregnenolone and the peripheral aromatization of androgenic precursors into estrogens.
