We apply the IPC 6012 Class 3 standard for this medical polyimide flexible PCB. For the selective part on the top, it is a steel disc stiffener design to reinforce the selective part. And for the 4 mil holes, we apply laser drilling. Usually, we use laser drilling for the 4 mil holes and mechanical drill for the 6 mil holes. For this quick turn flexible PCB, we finished it in 3 working days with which the regular lead time is 6 working days.
